Shipping And Handling There is a flat rate shipping charge of £4.49 for delivery, regardless of how many items you order. Deliveries are usually made within approx 4-5 working days. A lot of our balloons are limited stock so occasionally the balloons you have ordered may be out of stock, in this instance we shall contact you and advise you as to when they would be available for despatch or of an alternative product choice. We also have a next day service which is £8.00, provided the item is in stock and the order is placed before 2 pm you will receive your order the next day between 9am and 5.30pm.. Prices for shipping are for mainland U.K. only.

We shall accept no liability whatsoever to delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control; weather, fire, terrorism, etc.
Returns and Replacements
- Any discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order. Any discrepancies with your order will be logged in our system for quick reference so that we can better manage your account. No returns or exchange resulting from discrepancies will be allowed after 7 days from the date you receive your order. Please do this by phone to ensure you are logged and given a case number.
- Missing parcels must be reported within 5 days if on a next day service and 10 days if on a standard service after this time no refunds will be issued.All parcels sent on a Royal Mail first class service can take up to ten days to be delivered and cannot be classed as missing until this time has passed at which point a replacement order or refund will be issued.
